Staff Development Days / Pupil Free Days are held throughout the year and students do not attend school on these days. The dates will be communicated to parents within a reasonable period of time.

Morning:
Supervision begins at 8:30am each morning. On arrival, students place their school bags in the designated areas and play until the bell at 8:50am, when they move to morning assembly and prayer to begin the school day.
Afternoon:
The school day concludes at 2:55pm and parents are expected to collect their children as soon as possible after this time. Please note, students are supervised until 3:00pm when remaining students are bought to the school office.
Our office opening hours are Monday to Friday, between 8:30am and 3:45pm
St Joseph's is proud to partner with CatholicCare to provide our on-site Out of School Hours (OOSH) Care program. The program is based on Australia's National Quality Framework, designed specifically for OOSH, which aims to extend and enrich children's wellbeing and development in school age settings.
CatholicCare's dedicated team of education professionals are university trained early childhood teachers or TAFE trained Diploma educators who support and respect the uniqueness and individuality of children and their families.
Their educators aim to collaborate with the children in their care to provide play and leisure opportunities that are meaningful to them and support their wellbeing, learning and personal development.
